Head Coach Chris Graham:

Coach Graham was named the head coach for both the men’s and women’s programs at Olathe Northwest High School in 2008.  Prior to accepting the position at ONW, he served as the head coach at Spring Hill High School, opening both the mens’ and womens’ programs.  Coach Graham served as the assistant varsity coach at Olathe Northwest for four years, helping to open that program as well in 2003.  From 2000-2003 he served as an assistant on staff at Olathe East High School.  Coach Graham is Nationally Licensed by the USSF, a diploma recipient and a member of the United Soccer Coaches Association of America, and has served on staff with the Kansas Olympic Development Program.  His wife, Krista, is an elementary school counselor in Olathe.  They have 2 children, a daughter (Addison) born in 2004 and a son (Mason) born in 2008.

ASSISTANT VARSITY GIRLS COACH – SHELLEY BRIGHT

Shelley Bright played soccer in the Olathe area growing up.  She continued her playing career at Emporia State University while getting her degree in Education.  Shelley was an assistant coach in the Olympic Development Program for 4 years.  In 2014, she was the ONW JV boys coach.  Shelley joined the Olathe Northwest coaching staff in the spring of 2012. 

JUNIOR VARSITY COACH - TONY WEBER

After playing Varsity soccer and graduating from Olathe Northwest in 2008, Coach Weber attended Drake University on a soccer scholarship.  After his freshmen year, he transferred to Baker where he finished his playing career and received a degree in Education.  Coach Weber currently teaches middle school math in the Blue Valley School District.  

BLACK TEAM COACH - KELSEY CARSELLA


Kelsey Carsella grew up playing soccer in Olathe. She attended and played soccer at Olathe South High School. She went on to play at Eastern Nazarene in Boston, MA while getting her degrees in Biology and Psychology. Kelsey continued to coach, both in Massachusetts and upon returning to Olathe. She currently teaches Freshman and Honors Biology at Olathe Northwest.
